Policies

Reception:
Check in from 4pm.
Check out by 11 am.
Late check in after 9 pm can be arranged in advance.

Mealtimes:
Breakfast between 9-10 am or by arrangement.
Dinner by arrangement with 24 hours notice.

Payment:
Full amount payable upon booking with us.
Visa and Mastercard accepted with a 5% service charge.
We accept USD, GBP or JMD currency. 

Cancellation:
Bookings cancelled 14 days or more ahead of your arrival date are entitled to a full refund, less administration charges.

House Keeping:
Rooms are cleaned and linen is changed weekly.
Please request if you would like the option of twice weekly.
Personal laundry can be arranged for a small additional charge.

Transport:
Taxi transport to and from Norman Manley and Sangster International Airports can be arranged at a very competitive rate.
Knutsford Express  has comfortable bus transfer from both airports to Ocho Rios where we can meet you.
